Shipping destination and origin
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders ship from China to the United States. Available delivery services for your address are shown at checkout.
Delivery times and shipping charges

These delivery times include 2 business days of order processing, plus up to 15 business days of standard transit or up to 7 business days of express transit. Orders placed after 9:00 p.m. China Standard Time (UTC+8), or on a non-business day, begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is not added again to the total delivery time shown above. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The shipping charge and available service are displayed before payment at checkout.
Import duties and customs fees
Import duties and customs fees are included and paid by us. No additional import duties or customs clearance charges are due from you on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, contact service@takecatsout.com so we can resolve it.
Any applicable sales tax is shown separately at checkout before payment.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If tracking appears stalled or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.
Delays and cancellations
If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your options to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law. We will not treat an estimated delivery date as a guarantee of carrier performance.

Approved returns use a United States return address supplied after you contact us. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before ordering.
